We are pleased to announce a new member of the Fujisan Marketing team, Andrew Miller. We sat down with Andrew to learn more about his background in digital marketing as well as his hobbies outside of the workplace.

Tell us about your Search Marketing background prior to joining Fujisan Marketing.

Prior to joining the Fujisan team, the extent of my background I had with Search Marketing was being a consumer. Social & search engine ads get me every time, so clearly, they work!

Why do you love digital marketing?

Digital marketing is not a nice-to-have tool for businesses today, it’s a must have. These methods are incredibly effective at allowing businesses to reach broad, and specific audiences alike. Additionally, I absolutely love data, and the data that digital marketing tracking provides is truly impressive, providing information to continuously improve digital marketing efforts to grow a business!

How do you feel about being a professional in our industry?

Being a professional in this industry is, to put it in one word, satisfying. I love that I get to be in a position to speak with professionals of all industries and work with them and help them grow and succeed.

What are some hobbies that you really enjoy?

Typical PNW answer here – anything outdoors! Hiking, camping, golfing. However, when the rain, wind, and snow get the best of me I also enjoy boardgames, reading, and television series binging.

Where is your next big vacation?

Costa Rica is next on the list, for a friend’s destination wedding.
